No. Riley talks to leads on your own lead page and follows up by email, so nothing changes about your phone. When you connect a WhatsApp number, Riley shares your existing WhatsApp Business number rather than taking a new one.

Will my leads know it is a bot?

Yes, immediately. Riley says so in its first message.

Who owns the leads?

You do, unless your real estate company sourced them. Ownership is recorded at creation.

Can my real estate company read my conversations?
